1. Booking & Payments
- A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other secure methods as agreed.
- Prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and service providers’ policies.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed minus bank charges and cancellation fees.
3. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations as required by the destination country.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
4. Health & Safety
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in tours.
- Rooftop Travel is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the trip but will assist with emergency support.
5. Changes to Itineraries
- While we strive to deliver all tours as advertised, itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, we will provide an alternative of equal value where possible.
6. Responsibility & Liability
- Roof Top Travels acts as an agent for local guides, lodges, transport providers, and other third parties.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or third-party actions beyond our control.
7. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to respect local customs, wildlife, and fellow travelers.
- Rooftop Travel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation in case of misconduct.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be handled under Zimbabwean jurisdiction.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Rooftop Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
